Clubhouse Improvements!

If you haven't been by Wilson Lake Country Club in a while, you won't recognize it!  Inside the clubhouse, the sitting area is now completely open--making it easier and more welcoming to enter from either side.  The walls have been done over in a beautiful v-match pine in the style of the original proshop walls and ceiling.  A 28-foot reception counter sets apart the dining room area from the snackbar... and now the new deck along the entire golf course side of the clubhouse is nearly complete.  The deck offers a great place to have a lunch or beverage after a round of golf on "The Best Nine in Maine".  Come by and check it out!!

"PLANKOWNER'S PRIVILEGE"

Many of the improvements you see happening at Wilson Lake are the direct result of the support we have received from members, guests and locals who have "purchased a plank". For $250, you become an "owner" of a plank used in the deck or any improvement around the building... and you receive recognition of your support by having your name engraved on a large placque to be hung on the wall inside the clubhouse. But it doesn't stop there-- you actually receive your $250 back in the form of pro shop credit.  The credit can be used to play golf, rent carts, enter tournaments, buy food, beverages or merchandise.  In fact, the credit can be used for those same purposes at any semi-private facility owned or operated by Harris Golf throughout the State of Maine.  Only 150 planks are available to  be sold, so come by or give us a call if you are interested in this exciting opportunity!
